Fare Collection: Collect fares from passengers and issue appropriate tickets or receipts.

Passenger Assistance: Provide information, guidance, and assistance to passengers regarding fare payment, routes, schedules, and general inquiries.

Problem Resolution: Address fare payment issues, resolve disputes, and handle passenger complaints professionally and courteously.
