Job Description:
A Bike Rider is responsible for operating a motorcycle or bicycle to deliver products, documents, or other items to customers or businesses. They must be able to navigate city streets safely and efficiently, maintain a clean and well-maintained bike, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery of packages or food items to customers within a specified timeframe.
- Loading and unloading packages or food items from the delivery vehicle.
- Ensuring that packages or food items are delivered safely and securely.
- Keeping accurate records of packages or food items delivered and received.
- Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Following traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Reporting any accidents or incidents that occur while on duty.
- Communicating with customers to confirm delivery times and addresses.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Being responsible for any cash payments and ensuring they are handled appropriately.
- Performing routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Adapting to changes in delivery routes or schedules as needed.
- Overall, a bike rider delivery boy’s job is to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages or food items while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for motorcycle riders).
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages up to a certain weight.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle or bicycle maintenance and repair.
Working Conditions:
Bike Riders typically work outdoors and may be exposed to various weather conditions. They may also be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Safety equipment such as helmets and reflective clothing must be worn at all times while operating a motorcycle or bicycle.
