Bakery Workers Job Description:

Bakery Workers Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for baking by measuring, weighing, and mixing as per recipes.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters efficiently and safely.
- Bake various products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking.
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required, including icing, glazing, and garnishing.
- Package and label products for display or sale, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and utensils following sanitation guidelines.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Assist customers by providing product information, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and fulfillment of orders.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Bakery Workers Job Requirements:
