Labor Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks on construction sites or other work environments. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

Labor Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.
• Operating hand and power tools under supervision.
• Cleaning and preparing worksites.
• Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth.
• Erecting and dismantling temporary structures.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) as needed.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Performing general maintenance tasks.

Labor Job Requirements:

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction tasks and tools is preferred.
• Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
