House Driver Job Description:
The House Driver is responsible for safely operating and maintaining a vehicle to provide transportation support for a household or family. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to safety regulations, and the ability to ensure the comfort and security of passengers.
House Driver Job Responsibilities:
Safe Transportation: Safely drive family members, guests, or household staff to various destinations including but not limited to work, school, appointments, and events.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. This includes checking fuel levels, oil, tire pressure, and maintaining cleanliness.
Adherence to Traffic Rules: Follow traffic laws, regulations, and local driving codes at all times to ensure the safety of passengers and the public.
Route Planning: Plan and use the most efficient routes to reach destinations promptly, taking into consideration traffic and weather conditions.
Safety and Security: Prioritize the safety and security of passengers at all times, including ensuring seatbelts are worn, doors are locked, and passengers are comfortable during transit.
Communication: Maintain good communication with the household or family members regarding schedules, changes in plans, or any concerns related to transportation.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any vehicle-related expenses. Keep track of vehicle servicing and repairs.
Professional Conduct: Display professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy while interacting with household members, guests, and others encountered during transportation duties.
House Driver Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations.
Experience: Prior experience as a house driver or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Safety Consciousness: Strong awareness of and commitment to safety protocols and practices.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and ability to understand instructions.
