Job Description:
A Sweet Maker is responsible for creating a variety of sweets and desserts such as candies, chocolates, cakes, pastries, and other confectioneries. The job requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail in order to produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes to create various types of sweets and desserts.
- Measure and mix ingredients to produce consistent products.
- Temper chocolate and create molds for chocolates and candies.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods using frosting, icing, and other decorative items.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and are visually appealing.
- Continuously develop new ideas and flavors to keep up with industry trends and meet customer demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Work with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a bakery or confectionery preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry-making, and candy-making processes.
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
