Fare Collection: Collect fares from passengers and issue appropriate tickets or receipts.
Ticket Inspection: Inspect passengers’ tickets or travel passes to ensure validity and correctness.
Passenger Assistance: Provide information, guidance, and assistance to passengers regarding fare payment, routes, schedules, and general inquiries.
Rules and Regulations: Ensure that passengers adhere to the transportation system’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
Problem Resolution: Address fare payment issues, resolve disputes, and handle passenger complaints professionally and courteously.
